Vautelle

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Vautelle website and to all purchases made through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order through our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and current.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately, including their colours, finishes, materials, dimensions and other relevant features.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and the screen or device used to view the product.

As many of our jewellery pieces are produced in batches, minor variations in colour, finish, measurements or detailing may occur. These small variations are not normally considered defects.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Any props, packaging or accessories shown in an image are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

• Waiting for the product to become available;

• Selecting an alternative product; or

• Receiving a full refund for the unavailable item.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse unusually large or suspicious orders.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments may be processed by trusted third-party payment providers. Vautelle does not directly store your complete payment card details.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or technical errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before processing the order. You may then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

After placing an order, you should receive an automated order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted or dispatched.

A binding sales contract is formed when we accept and begin processing your order.

We may cancel or refuse an order where:

• The product is unavailable;

• Payment cannot be authorised;

• The information provided appears incomplete or inaccurate;

• We suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity;

• A genuine pricing or product information error has occurred; or

• We are unable to deliver to the address provided.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the destinations made available during checkout.

Estimated delivery times and any applicable shipping charges will be displayed on our Shipping & Returns page or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of customs procedures, carrier disruption, adverse weather, high seasonal demand or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Some products may be dispatched directly by one of our fulfilment partners and may be shipped from outside the United Kingdom. Products within the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Vautelle cannot be held responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Please contact us promptly if your order is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged.

7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at

supportvautelle@gmail.com

We will attempt to stop the order before dispatch, but this may not always be possible.

If the order has already been processed or dispatched, you may need to wait until it arrives and then follow the return procedure described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected.

8. Returns and Refunds

Under UK consumer law, customers have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days after receiving their order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Vautelle within the 14-day cancellation period by contacting

supportvautelle@gmail.com

. After notifying us, the eligible product must normally be returned within a further 14 days.

Before returning a product, customers should contact us to receive the appropriate return instructions. Products must not be sent to the address shown on the original shipping package unless we specifically provide that address as the authorised return destination.

Customers may inspect products in a reasonable manner, as they would in a physical shop. Products should be returned with their original packaging, accessories and tags where possible. We may make a reasonable deduction if the product’s value has been reduced by handling beyond what was necessary to inspect it.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct return cost unless Vautelle provides a prepaid return label or agrees to cover that cost. Vautelle will cover reasonable return costs where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Eligible refunds will include the amount paid for the returned product and, where applicable, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order. Additional amounts paid for express or upgraded delivery are not normally refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned product or acceptable evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Further details are available in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes the customer’s statutory rights.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Products

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is:

  • Faulty;
  • Damaged;
  • Incorrect;
  • Missing from the package; or
  • Materially different from its description.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs or video where reasonably possible.

Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. This may include a replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.

Where a return is required because of such an issue, Vautelle will cover reasonable return costs or provide suitable return instructions.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed products.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Where applicable, the refund will include the price paid for the returned product and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order.

Additional charges paid for an upgraded or express delivery service may not be refundable unless the product was faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed.

Refunds are normally processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they have been sent back, as applicable.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.

11. Jewellery Care

Jewellery may naturally change in appearance over time depending on wear, storage, skin chemistry and exposure to moisture or chemicals.

To help preserve your jewellery:

• Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and household chemicals;

• Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, sleeping or exercising;

• Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing; and

• Store each piece separately in a clean, dry place.

Normal wear, gradual tarnishing, accidental damage and damage caused by improper use or care are not generally considered manufacturing defects.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, including eligibility requirements, expiry dates and minimum order values.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Only one promotional code may be used per order;

• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

• Offers cannot be applied retrospectively;

• Promotions are subject to availability; and

• Delivery charges may be excluded from discounts.

We reserve the right to withdraw or correct a promotion where it has been affected by a technical error, misuse or fraud.

13. Website Use

You may use our website only for lawful personal and shopping purposes.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;

• Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material;

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website;

• Use automated tools to scrape or extract website content without permission;

• Make fraudulent purchases;

• Misuse promotional offers; or

• Use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.

14. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Vautelle website, including branding, logos, text, graphics, layouts, photographs and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Vautelle unless otherwise stated.

This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit its content without prior written permission.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment providers, delivery companies and social media platforms.

These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Vautelle is not responsible for the content, availability or independent practices of external websites or services.

The inclusion of a third-party link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

16. Privacy and Cookies

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Personal information may be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to:

• Process payments;

• Fulfil and deliver orders;

• Provide customer support;

• Comply with legal obligations.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies. Further information about how personal data and cookies are handled is available in our Privacy Policy and any cookie notice displayed on the website.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Vautelle is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Products sold through our store are intended for personal use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, failure to follow care instructions or unauthorised alteration of a product.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include carrier disruption, customs delays, industrial action, severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, governmental restrictions, technical outages or disruption affecting suppliers and fulfilment partners.

Where such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its effect and keep affected customers informed where appropriate.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal obligations.

The version applicable to your purchase will generally be the version published when your order was placed.

The latest revision date will be displayed at the top of this page.

20. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

21. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a right or provision under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right or provision.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any contract between you and Vautelle are governed by the laws of England and Wales, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws applicable where you live. Nothing in these Terms removes those protections.

If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve it directly.
